Love the place because we can bring our dogs outside. The food is pretty good but pricey for what you get. I ordered by mobile... from outdoors and was never notified my food was ready. When I walked in to check, the lady behind the counter was yelling myname. I don't know how long my food was sitting there. I later saw that they emailed me confirmation that my food was ready. Don't let your kid work here. I am trying to instill good working values in my son, 2 managers never rescheduled my kid and... never answered his text as to if he still has a job. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! He waited 2 weeks before getting a new job in hopessomeone was grown up enough to answer him about having a job. Panera should be ashamed! Read more

I?d only been to their drive thru until the middle of April 2022. I love their soufflé? you can?t go wrong with the 3 they... offer but they stop serving them around 10:30 a. m. Yesterday I dined inside their Kempsriver restaurant. One glass door wasshattered so it?s just an unsightly piece of plywood. I didn?t know that no one seats you or approaches you. You either order atthe kiosk or with the cashier. You pay and receive a beeper. You then pick up your order and take it to your table. Once you?veeaten you clear your table and empty the trash, stack your dishes and bowls. I?m not sure why we?re required to tip the cashierbecause you do all the work. They have a tasty Asian salad but it?s over priced. I come to this Panera almost everyday in drive thru they either mess up my order or have me wait 15 minutes for food coffee that... should take 2-5 min to brew. By the time i get my coffee my food is ice cold. Today i waited at the window for 15 min to get mycoffee burning hot and my food ice cold. Have consideration and at least cook the food a little after you start brewing thecoffee to make it all fresh and hot. I have to many stories of my order being messed up to list. I went through the drive thru and ordered my breakfast and was asked to pull into a parking spot beside the lady that was in... front of me. She waited 20 mins for her order and I waited 26mins. When I opened my sandwich this is what I got! Totallyunsatisfied with mess that they gave me! Can't imagine how the other ladies food looked . The bag they handed looked like it hadbeen reused quit a few times. The employees at this place are in no hurry to do anything.. they all move at a snails pace. Theyaren't mindful that people stop there before going to work and really don't care and it shows. This isn't the first problem I'vehad there. Bowl of Broccoli Cheddar Soup is all I ordered. Soup is watery and no flavor. Not worth the $8.
