My first impression of Panda Express was the AMAZING SMELL. The food smelled and looked so delicious I wanted to try everything... but I did not. The staff was very knowledgeable being that this was my first time eating at this establishment I had manyquestions. Hungry? Want a touch of American Chinese food? Avoid this location at all costs. Just because Panda Express in Texas as well as... Northern Virginia tastes good and customer service is phenomenal in Texas and Northern Virginia, does not mean you should gohere. As is my custom, I give everyone chances. This branch with a manager allegedly named ?Linn? is quite a FAIL. So we decided to come here because we needed something quick before our movie and went to check them out. I will say that when... we pulled up i noticed them talking to their health food auditor not a va health inspector but a private company inspector andthe only reason i know this is because my restaurant uses the same company. We were greeted with hellos as we walked in. I was alittle worried because when your set up cafeteria style sometimes the food doesnt stay very hot and tends to be luke warm. Ipicked a bowl with veggies on the bottom and a crispy beef and lord i cant remember the name of it lol. My husband picked thesame beef but had it over fried rice we also order 2 spring rolls. As we were ordering the manager came in and told all her crewgreat job because they had scored 98 out of 100. Great numbers! They had gotton hit on a stained (not dirty) cutting board.That makes me even more comfortable with eating here. The food was good, hot, and filling. The spring rolls werent that greatthey were mushy inside. I would def come back the crew was very friendly, they all were staying busy and not playing aroundwhich you see in a lot of fast food chains and their manager was so polite to everyone. I ordered a 2 entre meal at this location and I asked for tap water with my meal, I quickly wash informed that they've started... charging $1 for tap water. Corporate grid at its finest. I hope they get the memo that people can go wherever they want withtheir money. Read more
