I ordered my food through DoorDash and they gave my meal to someone else. When I called and talked to the manager about it, she... was extremely rude to me and told me there is nothing they can do about it and I should handle it with door dash. She blew meoff and didn?t take any responsibility for their mess up. Okay, So basically the deduction of two stars is NOT for the quality of the food. The quality is always fresh and... outstanding. My issue is with the inaccuracy of my order twice, successively. The order was made correctly, it was on the screenin the drive through. When you know they hear your order correctly, they ask you if everything is correct on the screen, thuslyconfirming your order to be correct. You know for darn sure it was in no way whatsoever your fault. The irritating part about itis that ever time my husband goes through the drive through, they ALWAYS get his order correct. Read more
