I SO love this bakery!! I have Celiac's and this place offers a ton of gluten free options. They have one half of the bakery... set for Vegan and one half for Gluten Free. I have allergies to dairy and gluten so it is not easy for me to find a place where there is variety to the options safe for me.... This place is awesome. They have a whole display case full for gluten-free and vegan option. I got the carrot cake and it almostbrought me to tears. I haven't had carrot cake in almost 10 years. I love being able to safely get sweets here, due to a cow milk allergy. Last summer I had their soft serve strawberry ice cream... and it was amazing. I love ice cream and it?s getting easier to find vegan alternatives, but a lot of mix-in type flavors canbe too much. I hadn?t been able to have soft serve for 5 years, and to be honest, a regular old McDonald?s cake cone was one ofmy favorite things. Our 10 yo son is allergic to nuts, dairy, eggs and wheat. Needless to say finding him food while traveling is difficult and... finding him desserts is near impossible. This shopwas recommended to us while we were at the strip and I am so glad we droveout. He got a few day old donuts, which were still excellent, and he finally got to try a donut for the first time. He also gota cookie sandwich that was as big as his head and has been eating it bit by bit. I cannot recommend this establishment highlyenough. The bakery is absolutely out of this world! Everything we tasted was incredible! The staff was outstanding and the customer... service was 100% on point! We will drive well out of our way to go back and neither of us is vegan. My husband is glutenintolerant and we wouldn't have known that the gluten free products were gluten free unless we knew ahead of time. They were alltender, fluffy and moist! I've been baking for my entire life and baking gluten free for about 6 years. I know 1st hand howcomplicated it is to create masterpieces like this bakery produces gluten free! I ordered doughnuts for my little one's classroom so they could make bats - total hit!! It was the only place I could find... allergy friendly doughnuts and they did not disappoint!
