Ordered a ten piece meal. The service was extremely slow and took almost 30 minutes to get my food. Food was cold and nasty. All... of the counters and tabletops were sticky. The drink station looked like it hadn?t been cleaned in month and there was trasheverywhere. Would not recommend. Read more

I placed an order for a frappe on the kiosk. It took approx. 30 minutes just to get it. There was no line and only two orders... ahead of me. They stayed focused on the drive thru. I think they need to go back to having cashier's. Read more
Garbage service. Ordered 2 20 piece nuggets, only got one, also ordered a quarter pounder no cheese no pickle... got cheese and... bacon on it somehow... go back to get the missing 20 piece and was in there for 20 minutes to get the quarter pounder remade andthat was done 3 times incorrectly. At least the fries were warm for my family. 45 bucks spent and it was a waste of money andtime. Not going back to this location even though it's the closest to my house. Didn't even offer to get a manager to talk withme about the issues. Read more
We stopped here yesterday and came inside to eat with our three toddlers which is something we rarely do all together as a... family but the air conditioning in our car stopped working unexpectedly shortly before getting there so the only option was toeat in the lobby obviously. The manager Dwayne immediately offered to help me at the register and take my order before I evenmade it to the kiosk which was very nice I've never had that happen ever when I go into a McDonald's by myself to order. Kidsand their dad were all sitting at a table though so I thought that was extremely helpful. Then he was very polite he had noproblem at all and even offered to split one of the McFlurries up into three cups small cups to give the kids when I asked toget three of their smallest cups which I had planned to split it up myself after ordering. Again just kindly offering to goabove and beyond. I couldn't believe it. This was hands down the best customer service experience I've ever had at anyMcDonald's. I was very impressed. The food was also very good and we got it very quickly he brought it to us at the table aswell. With the heat and everything I almost forgot to leave a review as I intended getting his name before leaving yesterday soI'm so glad I remembered today. Whenever I have a very good experience somewhere it's really important to me to leave a reviewto help others have good experiences as well because sadly I often have a lot more poor experiences with customer service thengood ones nowadays regardless of wherever I'm going. But also like to leave reviews for really bad experiences because we're allhelping each other out by doing it so if you were going to go to McDonald's honestly in Virginia Beach or close to there evenif you have to drive a little further I would recommend going here especially if he's on duty. Fair deals if you use their app. Prices are pretty high otherwise but on par with most competitors I guess. Usually pretty... quick. I prefer to go in and pick up but in the morning several times the dining room has been closed I would assume due tostaffing. I recommend them for a quick breakfast or if you are in a hurry or for lunch/dinner. Read more
You'll be lucky to get a correct order from this McDonalds, and if you're looking for your sauces to actually be in the bag?... Good luck. Do your self a favor and drive to Princess Anne or Lynnhaven, at least over there you've got a fighting chance notto have to go through the line twice for your stuff to be right. Read more
