I don?t know if it?s a management issue or what but this place has gone down hill and I will never return! Do yourself a favor... and skip this McDonald?s! They are slow as molasses and the employees mishandle the food. I was there tonight and waited 10minutes in my car for a mobile order. I ended up going inside and waited another 20mins for my order. There were people therebefore me and I got my food before them. This wasn?t just because they were busy! Read more
Sooooo thank God I always open up my sandwiches because how is this acceptable on any level. I was going to overlook the fact... that I bought a large meal and got a medium fry in a large box but THISSSS!!! When I called to address the issue I was hung upon. So I turned around from 5 miles away to get my money back. When I reached there and asked for the Mgr. she stated that thephone hung up. REALLY??? She goes on to further explain about Buns and a steamer....ummm I thought buns went in a toaster eitherway what kind of excuse is that to serve anyone molded breaded. How does a person make a sandwich for the public with mold spotson the bread and deem it acceptable? Make it make sense. I will definitely be taking this up with the department of Health forVA Beach. Absolutely unacceptable. Of course I wasn't treated with any kind of customer service or empathy. Read more

Perhaps the absolute WORST McDonalds in this area. Orders are consistently screwed up. Employees don't seem to care. The last... time I was there they were allowing one of their employees, who was off the clock, to roam around the store while vaping,including going behind the counter to help himself. Try to avoid this one if possible. Read more
I don't normally come to this McDonald's for breakfast...but it was closest to my morning route today. The service is great but... breakfast is not. I always order steak egg round bagel for breakfast at my other McDonald's on Holland and it always comes outhot savory seasoned sauced up with plenty of onions...kind of almost chopped into the steak...now that's how you do it HollandRd! But this McDonald's on the Blvd...it was 7:30am expected it to be great....very dry steak and unseasoned, no onions, verydry bagel think there was only a dab of sauce I couldn't taste it. Entire sandwich was dry didn't taste like anything...waslike they just took the steak out the pack, griddle it and done.... where's the savory onion's and salt and pepper...I know it'sright there by the griddle mcd's was my 1st job when I was 14....now I'm 40 in corporate world I would like the first item offood that I taste to be at least flavorful....now I just can't wait til lunch to replenish my taste buds ???? I would've takenthat drive today to Holland for what I'm use to....if I'm waste my calories at least let it be good ??????????? Read more
Hunh, I had a really good experience here. Redshirt lady was super nice. The employees seemed to care to do a good job and to... make sure I had a good experience. Clean and nice. One of the soap dispensers was out but one of them had soap. Modern designand furniture. Same old McDonald's food that we all know and love. I have to say, I didn't expect the extra pleasant customerservice. Nice. Read more
Ordered 3 Chocolate chip cookies and two of them to our surprise have appeared to be bitter into. I want to assume these broke... during packaging but otherwise this is disgusting. This needs to be looked into. Read more
