I can say I honestly had a decent experience here in the drive thru the other morning. Everything went smoothly and they had... everything in stock that I ordered. The girl was very nice who took my order and the girl that gave me my food was very nice aswell. It seems that many times that I go to drive thru at any McDonald's ( not just this one )the experience isn't always thegreatest. Because I work there are great places fairly clean the problem is the food is terrible that's because of preparation or delivery... or packaging but because they overall design of like the burgers I never thought I could get any worse and the price is toohigh. Look I've been going to McDonald's my whole life and I'm 59 and I know McDonald's is the number one landowner in America.Give us a product that is justified for the cost I don't care about inflation that seems to be the cause from poor managementand future planning. Take for example Arizona iced tea before the pandemic Arizona iced tea a big hands 99 cents plus tax nowthe later stages of the pandemic and the inflation and everything else everything is twice as much Arizona iced tea is 99 centsso don't tell me this is not the fault nobody else makes the price of those burgers sometimes shareholders and people for thegood of the corporation have to do without dividends. But giving your customers a decent price for food and a better quality ofburger for god sakes do investing in your customers there was some locations in Newport News in Hampton my God you can go there6:00 in the morning no shakes no frappes sorry the machine is down 11:00 in the morning sorry the machine is down 2:00 in theafternoon I'm sorry the machine is down 4:00 in the afternoon I'm sorry the machine is down this they don't sell ice cream Idon't know why. Would you make sense to have two machines so that one was down the other one was up. A shake is nearly $6 samewith the frappe. You have to realize McDonald's and all across the board all manufacturers and people that break through markethave double the price and our pay has not. I know a few entrepreneurs that are drooling right now because they have theopportunity to steal large quantities of market shares. They are not open 24 hours and if you go after 2 AM they tell you their system is down. It?s not they just don?t have anyone... over seeing them to make sure that they are working. I hope that the franchise owners can find some responsible people toactually work at the restaurant During the overnight hours so they don?t continue to lose money. Read more
I've been coming here for as long as I can remember. Like with my grandmother when I was a child. It's very clean and the staff... have always been kind. The fries never have enough salt but adding more on your own make them too salty. So it's kind of a giveand take with that. Otherwise everything else is good. Bathrooms are always clean and the seating area is well taken care of. Read more
I had given up on McDonalds as well as other fast food restaurants, but stopped by to grab an egg,cheese,bacon biscuit. I was so... surprised by being greeted with a smile, and to see the employees all having a good time while not neglecting their customers.The service was fast, hot,and just wonderful. The McDonald's on the corner of Bonney and independence.... amazing!!! Yes here and there we may be a straw short. But our food... is always fresh our fries are always salted perfectly and hot. And the people who take our orders are so kind and patient....especially when you have a vehicle filled with kids yelling their orders!!!! Very allergic to pickles. I told them three times do not put pickles on my Big Mac and when I lefted there was a note on the box... saying no pickles. I had to go to work and then I almost took a bite but I looked and saw there was pickles I can't even havepickle juice or my throat was swell up please check before you put something on a sandwich because that can be severe if I wouldhave ate that I would not be coming back. It even says on the Note no pickles. The workers need to understand that people couldbe allergic to some of these things. Read more
Waited over 20 minutes for a small frie after the worker not putting it in the bag. I only had 4 items. Ridiculous wait time... while still serving other customers consistently while having me park in spot #1. Usually this location is great not today. Ionly waited because I wanted to recieve fresh fries. Never again horrible customer service. Too much playing going on at thesecond window and not enough working. Decided to leave because that's just ridiculous. I'm sure plenty of Fries came up with inthat time frame. Read more
