Drive thru took 25 + mins to order food and get food. Manager yelled at the girl taking orders for letting them proceed to the... pick up window. Girl said she normally works at a different McDonald?s and based on how this location was being managed, hermanager would have had a talk with everyone. This place is not only understaffed, it is poorly managed. For waiting 25 mins forfood, fries were cold and and not crispy. I get it, it is what it is for being Macdonalds food. I went through the drive thru at 7pm on 9/1/2022. The line was wrapped around the building but it didn't take long for me to get... my food. The staff was friendly as well. I come to this location because it seems like wherever Tyler works everything goessmoothly, it's always clean and everyone is friendly and hard working. I no longer go to the Salem Crossing location because itwent downhill after he left. Great job to Tyler and his team! Read more
The McDonald's on Princess Anne Road by the Virginia Beach Courthouse does a great job. My two chocolate labs, Maxwell and... Cooper love their ice cream. We stop by for cones on a regular basis. The staff always has kind words for the dogs and sometimeseven a biscuit. Their ice cream machine works like a champ. I hope I didn't jinx anything. Read more
