Cashier was trying to steal from customers and fight us when questioned. Food was both under and overcooked at the same time.

Horrible customer service one pizza looked like it was thrown across the room the others were not cut. Manager at the Store on... Sam?s circle in Chesapeake told me to get out. I placed an order at this store using Door Dash to deliver it. One of the pizza's that were a part of the 3 pizza order was not... included. I spoke with the door dash delivery just to make sure she didn't possibly forget the pizza in her car. She advisedthat the store handed her the order so the forgot it. I called the store numerous times and did not receive an answer only arecording. Which means I had to leave my home to go to this location to speak with someone to resolve the issue. When I made theyoung lady aware of the error. She had the pizza made. I asked o speak with a manager due I felt I should have been compensatedfor my time to come there to inform them of their error and wait for the error to be fixed. I asked to speak with a manager. Ayoung gentleman came to the counter area. I advised him that I should be compensated he asks me so do you want the pizza? Iresponded with a yes he said then I can offer you a brownie. I should have been given that item for free due to the fact that Iused door dash to have it delivered which means I had no intentions of going to the physical location to place my order and itwas an inconvenience to me as a customer that they did not answer their phone and if I used door dash again I would have had topay for the order again because no one would answer their phone. Helping babysit kids isn't hard when they love pizza! I currently can't eat pizza but I know they'll enjoy this. This Little... Caesar's is located in the same shopping center as Harris Teeter. The Hot N Ready peps are great when you're on the go. Youbasically walk in and they're ready! $5 pizzas, how can you beat that? With tax, $5.58. They don't carry parm cheese anymore (alot of places don't anymore) but they have italian seasonings and red pepper. Walk in. Walk out. that's all you go Read more
