First off, I?m a pregnant woman that was craving boba. I left the house and made it to the mall in time before they closed to... order my boba. (Small wins matter when you?re pregnant) I ordered the wrong kind and it was horrible. I went back to let themknow. I asked politely if I could exchange for a different flavor. They didn?t offer me anything. I was sad that I wasted mymoney because nasty things to a pregnant person are not just nasty?they are disgusting! I usually love Kokee Tea so I don?t likehaving to submit a bad review, however, I was disappointed in their customer service skills in dealing with this issue. Read more

We visited the Lynn haven Mall location, ordered a Strawberry milk tea with Strawberry Boba. The taste was different. I ask to... get something else and was advised they did use a different ingredient from the norm due to being out of stock. I was advisedthey do not take refunds (I didnt want my money back) I requested to select something different of equal value. If you tell meyou have improvised on your product (taste like medicine) why wouldn't you accommodate your customers? Horrible customer serviceexperience. I gave 3 stars because I was faithfully going to the location at the oceanfront until they closed for the season, so I started... visiting the Lynnhaven location. Now the fact that it's in the mall means that the trip won't be quick which is ok. However, once they changed the popping bubble recipe that's a negative game changer! The bubbles are smaller and the skin on them arethicker!!! Which means that you'll have you chew your way to enjoyment. The skin takes like the skin of a gel vitamin capsule.They must do better for $8 a drink. Read more

I would highly recommend. I got the strawberry milk tea with boba ???? - it?s not cheap (~$4.50 + $0.75 for boba), but it tasted... delicious. Also had the brown sugar milk tea with boba - tried it at 50% sweet and it barely tasted like anything, so I?drecommend getting the regular sweetness. Also tried a macaroon, it was delicious ($3 each). The one I got was creme brûlée. Iwould have tried other flavors, but that total was getting pretty high ????
