Got the 2 piece meal deal for 6.99. Got my 10% discount for Veterans day. Was happy with my eating experience.
Usually I don't have a problem with this KFC but today I do went in to try to order some lunch waited there until the signs... changed and was told I can order it but I can't receive it until after 12:00 mind you it's 11:04 right now and they just changedover their sign. My issue is why change over their signs if you're not going to give people their food until much later like ifyou're not going to serve lunch until 12:00 don't change over your signs until 12:00 it's stupid. Needless to say they lost mybusiness today and I'm going elsewhere maybe y'all would do better next time. Read more
I ordered a breast and drum meal, they would only give me two sauces because they say it's just for tenders , even after I... offered to pay for sauces... I'm a paying customer they are wrong for not letting me enjoy my meal. Read more
Ordered "quick" pick up. Didn't know I had to wait an extra 15 minutes AFTER I come to pick up. Slowest service imaginable. The... person that makes the orders just ignored it and lied that It had "just popped up" when 20 minutes before that I pressed orderin my home. 35 minutes for 4 sandwiches and 2 fry. Need a separate door dash pickup arrangement since the dining room is closed. Long wait in line at drive thru serving drive up... customers and door dash. Ordered in the parking lot thinking to avoid the line, received message in under 10 mins that my orderwas ready for pickup. Had to wait 10+ mins in drive thru line to get order that was bagged and ready to go earlier. Read more
I went to this kfc lobby empty and no cars in drive threw. Asked for 2 4pcs all wings was told they couldn't do it. So ordered... an 8pc figured I would get each part because I ordered extra crispy and original. That wasn't the case then they hid thebreast that has probably been sitting there all.day at bottom of bucket nor did the guy cashier give me my recicpt because Iasked him for honey and hot sauce.will not go back there. If you show up between 2 and 4pm you may be served the Old left over chicken from lunch. Our chicken, It was dried out. The ... meals we really wanted was not made and that was Chicken Pot Pies. We were told it would be more than 30 min wait. We were onour lunch break an waiting was not an option I give 2 stars only because the cashier was polite and the dining room wasclean.
