I haven't been in a while but I must say the chicken was good and crispy lemonade was sweet and them biscuits still on fleet
Ordered a 12 piece family meal was told The wait would be 4-5 mins. Waited over 35 mins in the parking lot. Doors are locked,... the phone is disconnected, ask lady at window where the food was she has no idea. She is the one that told us it would be 4 minsand to pull in first parking spot. Read more
I usually just accept that KFC would be scrappy dinner. For the first time in my 36 years of life I can say that I actually... enjoyed KFC tonight. The chicken was good, the biscuits were not rocks, the slaw was present, not just a container full ofjuice, the Mac and cheese was good and the mashed potatoes were not dried flakes?.. Pulled up to drive thru. The staff member said to wait a minute. Waited 7 minutes. Nothing. Left. Unacceptable. There were no... customers inside, so I don't see what the holdup was. Read more
Over crisped chicken tenders, one biscuit, rude order takers w/ lack of patience. This chain is failing due to lack of employees... who care or take pride in their work! Price is outrageous too! Over crispy/ burned tenders are over $11 for 8 small pieces!! Read more
KFC you blew it today!! bought the $30 deal and the chicken was terrible!! Lucky it comes with Tenders they were consumable. ... Your are our local go to place for chicken. After tonight we will be looking for a new place even if the drive is longer!! Dry, oily and tasteless. Check out the difference in color - tenders were ok. Cashier didn't know the special that KFC is running. Had to show her the poster in the window. Still wasn't sure and had to ask... the mgr questions. Added a large side she got that wrong. Took over 30 minutes. Some people left without ordering and one guyasked for a refund. Mgr and drive thru guy kept running their mouths at one another. Very unprofessional. I dont normally write reviews but I went to this kfc location a few days ago and got a famous bowl meal and was not given the... fries that come with the meal. Today I went back again to got the same meal and was not given the fries once again, this time Imentioned I did not get them and was told they dont come with the meal when on the sign and online say that a famous bowl mealcomes with a medium drink and fries. I was also not given a fork or napkins. I am extremely unpleased with this service and willnot be returning. Read more
