I went to this KFC today and ordered a 12 piece meal. I get all the way home and the box is full of things. So for $28, yes I... returned it. The mgr said next time it's a special order call ahead. It ain't a special order. Pack the chicken box correctly.And you could have saved your time and mine. Plus I wasted gas. Opened my bowl up to find multiple black hairs in my food. When I called about it, they didn?t even sound surprised.. just told... me to come back. I gave them the bowl through the drive thru window and they didn?t say anything.. they just immediately shutthe window and came back with a new one. I really didn?t want a new one. I didn?t even eat it. I wanted a refund but I didn?twant to go through that or be a ***** when they just made another one? but yeah? never eating there again. Fries where cold and nasty. But the worst was the fact that someone bit a piece of my chicken wings and put it back bit side... down so I wouldn't see it, which I didn't til I ate 2 wings and my sandwich........
