Our order got mixed up, had to wait longer for them to fix properly, I asked for the 2 PC combo that cones with 2 sides biscuit... and drink and I wanted my chicken crispy.... Well it was soggy as HELL I thought they gave me original. I haven't eaten at KFCin a long time and I see why, I would rather go to Popeyes or Bojangles before I go to KFC... This place was the worst. It took us about 20 minutes to put our order in. They had us pull up to wait for our food. We ordered... 2 chicken slides, 2 mashed potatoes and a chicken bowl. We were charged $22. and change for that. The chicken sliders were justa small chicken tender on a little bun(looked kind of like the Hawaiian rolls) . The mashed potatoes are small. They charged2.69 for each slider and 4.98 for each potatoes. That is totally ridiculous for a take out meal especially when you cannot go inand have to sit in your car for almost 40 minutes. No apologies or anything. Will never go back to KFC again. They have gone waydown hill. It's a shame because I really liked their food. Read more
I don't like giving bad reviews but this KFC is the worst in the city. Regularly only has 2 people working resulting in very... slow service or opens an hour later than their stated opening time. I know getting good workers is hard right now but other fastfood restaurants in the same area have found a way to do it. I highly recommend not going to this KFC. Read more
Dirty, and you need to Train their employees better. The chicken was over cooked and Greasy. It appeared to be left over... chicken they were just re cooking. Nastiest food I've ever tried to eat. Heck it even made my dog sick. I would Never recommendthis place to anyone. Hopefully not all KFCs are this Low Quality. Read more
Was on vacation and ordered food for the family online for pick up. Paid online and drove to get it. Got there and they were out... of all the sides and most chicken options. Said they did not get their truck. At the point at which you have pretty much nothingto serve your guest you should close for the day until you do. Also a phone call telling me I wouldn't get my food would havebeen nice so I didn't waste time and gas to drive to get it. Read more
I love this KFC, if you not in a rush, ask for your food FRESH OUT THE GREASE. Dont try to sue if you burn yourself though... because thats how you requested it????. But as of 10/6/2021, they have military discounts, but I forgot what days, and Wednesdayis 50 cent WINGS. They have UNSAUCED, HONEY BBQ, BUFFALO, and NASHVILLE HOT. Thank me later???? Read more
We just drove up to the drive-in at this KFC, and a message came on saying that the location was closed. So we drove on up to... the pick up window to leave, and discovered they were in fact still open. The server very rudely told us to go around and get inline again to place our order. He refused to take our order from the window, and claimed that we should have heard him break inon the automated message and say that they were open. We never heard his voice until we got to the service window. He continueto behave very rudely and it turned out he was the manager. Or so he claimed. This is not the first time we have had badexperience at this KFC, due to rude employees. We cannot recommend it. Read more
Sign for quick pickup outside locked door with note Drive through only. Pull up to window and mgr said I should have stopped at... order speaker. I told him quick pick up and got the food. But mentioned about the quick pickup parking sign and if they don?tuse it to remove the sign. He said I could just not get food here. Whoa. Read more
