Worst location in Hampton Roads! Never has wings available, always 20min wait. Drive through usually takes a long time and don?t... even think about going Inside! Was just told they?re going to wait 5mins before taking anymore inside orders until the drivethrough is clear! They also have a habit of locking the doors and keeping folks to drive thru only! This store needs completerestructuring! Training! And additional staff! Read more

Drive thru was very long on Wednesday evening, not sure, if this happens always or if something happened that caused the delay.... Also, there was a limited drink selection on that day as well. Not sure how long it took from time I arrived to getting my foodat drive thru window. Normally, I do not have any issues, so I will try again. Read more

Manager Chris was rude. Inside dining was locked to guests at 530pm. Quick pick up orders were told to wait in drive-thru.... Don't waste your time. Definitely don't order from this location. Read more

Sitting in line for more than 18 minutes the cars weren?t even moving. Heard employees laughing outside too. Pulled out of line... and the person was still at the order area. I never leave reviews but this has happpened multiple times. I?ve been at the orderwindow before too, only person in line and it took about 10 minutes for barely any items. Honestly for a KFC this isn?t worthit, atleast make it worth while with a Chick-fil-A or something. Read more

Unfortunately this location is the closest to our house. The last time we went I said "never again"...Well, we did it again and... it was even worse. The chicken is dry and old. In fact, it didn't even taste like KFC. My first job was at KFC and this is thechicken that we threw out. It shouldn't have been served. The biscuits were hard as hockey pucks, the potatoes and gravycontainers were not even half full. Oh, and we didn't get all of our 12 pieces of chicken nor did we get the beverage that camewith the meal deal. Read more

This location is just not it. The employees don?t care about their job, the customers, or anything. Ordered door dash, person is... still waiting at the location. The chicken is already made and sits there. Another time, I ordered Mac and Cheese, we waitedover a half hour?. as the workers just sit there and laugh and have a great time, but nasty to everyone else. I?m really overthis location and all the workers, something needs to be done especially after all these bad reviews. Update-they are randomlyclosed on a Saturday? ridiculous. -Note Below is a canned response from the location- would like the company to do something about this... Aug 5, 2022 update On... the 24th of July around 3pm I visited this location, I provided my order to the cashier. I asked for everything cooked to order.While I waited I was told by another associate that the wait time would be around 30 minutes. I said that was fine. 30 minutesnears and my order is called, and boy does it smell good! I double check everything before I leave the restaurant and go home.When I get home I open the boxes only to find the chicken looks like it's been sitting all day and very unappealing to say theleast. I'm giving them zero stars because when my wife and mother went there to get coleslaw for BBQ's. The employees didn't have hair... nets on, they were handling food without gloves, scratching their heads and then handling money and then handling food. Peoplewere leaving without their food because it was taking so long. My wife ordered two large orders of slaw and the girl taking theorder rang her up for two small containers. I don't know if she was Deaf or she just wasn't paying attention. The manager fixedthe mistake. But the health code violations are in full bloom. Read more
