This restaurant has deteriorated dramatically, the restaurant is dirty, the bathrooms are disgusting, the staff is rude and... unpleasant, and the subs are pathetic .....I can make much better at home Read more

We felt pretty guilty about coming in 18 minutes before they closed and especially because there was only one person holding... down the fort! The only person there was an absolutely WONDERFUL lady by the name of Kayla who was extremely kind and made usbeautiful, delicious sandwiches!! i ordered around 150pm on 6/24 and waited 2 hours but I know they had been struggling with employees so I gave them the benefit... of the doubt. so I called only to find out my food had been delivered to the wrong address. 4200 Atlantic Ave I'm at 4201. Ican't leave to go get it nor do I want to bc I'm sure it is warm and gross now. I should have been contacted to at least beentold where my food was being delivered if it wasn't able to be delivered to me personally. Read more
This location never seems to have a driver to make deliveries yet the App still allows you to order?? Just to be called 10... minutes later and told ?we don?t have a delivery driver today?. I would give them the benefit of the doubt, but this actuallyhappened several times now. I?m wondering if it?s more that they simply focus more on closing early (4PM) then doing actualbusiness. Seems odd that every time this has happened it?s been within an hour or so of closing time. BUT, you have no choicewhen they have such terrible hours now. I was there on November 2nd, 2022, and ordered a #8 combo. When I went to refill my ice tea, I witnessed an employee sitting on... the counter taking a break. To top it off, the manager didn't say anything to the employee. She sat on the counter next to theice tea dispenser. Gross! I don't think I will be going back anytime soon.
