If I could give zero stars, I would. Order was not delivered to right location. When I let them know, I was basically called a... liar. Very arrogant and never apologized for me having to come down to the store and pick the food up myself. This store givesall Jimmy John's a bad name. Read more
Took over a hour to arrive and I had the bottoms and tops, like the green stem parts of the tomato only in my sandwich. I didn't... even know sandwich shops left that part of the tomato in. It was hard to bite threw. Wont order again. Read more
Just called the store as it's almost an hour since I ordered my "Freaky Fast" order, only to be told that they didn't have a... driver but ALL DELIVERY ORDERS ARE ON THEIR WAY. I am legit, 2 blocks away from the store and have had this issue many timesbefore. I should've learned the first 5 times. However, the manager did reach out to me previously and made things right. But, here we go again! Update, 3:26 pm food gets delivered for an order placed at 2:14 pm. Drink is sweating and ice is forthe most part, melted. Sandwich is warm and unappetizing! Waste of money!!! Store was so good I had to make my first review. I don't know who the guy was but his laugh was contagious and brightened my... day. The girls working with him were very sweet too. They all were working their tails off and showing amazing teamwork andpositive attitudes. The bathroom and store itself were kept very tidy ( not like some of the other Jimmy John's I've been too)and the subs I ordered were spot on with right portions and taste. This place rocks! Customer friendly staff. You order your sandwich and it's done in a couple minutes. Has to be the fastest... sandwich shop I've ever been to, and their subs are always delicious. The place is well maintained including the restrooms. Read more
Probably the worst Jimmy John?s location in the country. I?ve had several bad experiences with them and this last one was my... breaking point. They took my order and told me they would deliver to me. When I called them an hour later to check on the orderthe manager told me they don?t deliver here. Why did they take my money for the order then? I told the manager I thought thiswas ridiculous and then he hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a general manager and I want my money back. Themanager that I spoke with on the phone, Jason, was very rude and unprofessional.
