I was a bit underwhelmed. Tried the ultimate porker I think it was called. Chose wheat bread. Tried to pick up one half and it... felt like it had no bread. Turned out it was either a malformed piece of they twisted it or something. Made it kind of messy toeat and more like an unwich just trying to hold the ingredients together to eat. The sandwich itself was a bit disappointing.Not a lot of flavor for being ham and bacon. I guess I should have stuck to my regular order. Read more
I work about 5m from this JJ's and used to order regularly (when the Frenchie was still a thing) but have not much lately... because the service is terrible, they forget the kickin ranch nearly EVERY time, and it usually takes about an HOUR! I can dealwith the wait (not that I like it) so long as I'm able to keep working and don't have to go anywhere, but not bringing my kickinranch, no sir. Today's order: I ordered a sandwich and 3 tubs of kickin ranch. As usual the driver did not bring the kickinranch. I called the store and they said the driver would bring it out in 10-15m. 30m later, when the driver still had notshown, I called back. I was told the driver left for the day (thanks for letting me know while I'm starving). The woman on thephone offered a refund which I begrudgingly agreed to (the sandwich is boring, whole reason for the order is the kickin ranch).After putting me on hold she came back and said the driver was already paid the (undeserved) tip, so she would have to givestore credit. As I will simply NOT return, store credit is unacceptable, but she told me she had no other option. I asked tospeak with her superiors at which point she abruptly hung up the phone. I've since filed feedback on JJ's website. I will notaccept being ripped off nor forced to return to a store that very clearly does not value the customer and I highly recommendothers to avoid. Going on my lunch break after dealing with rude customers in customer service I came here to get a sandwich and decompress and... after the sandwich I learned something. Never underestimate a good sandwich. It improved my day and when I came back I was readyfor more. Read more

Ordered three times 40 minutes in advance every single time they were late never got a chance to eat my lunch and when I call... they don't offer me anything for my late food they just say we're sorry we don't have a lot of drivers I'm done with itunprofessionalism and I'm never ordering from this location again Read more
Since I work so closely to this Jimmy Johns, I've given it 5 attempts and each one has been terrible. It seems the same lady is... always working the weekday lunch shifts and from my experiences, she shouldn't be. Today I ordered ahead online to pick upthrough the drive-thru. I stopped at the drive-thru and waited 5 minutes until I realized no one was going to attempt to take myorder. When I pulled up to the window, the lady was rude and claimed she was talking and then began to tell me "we are busy so Idon't know what to tell you, you're order isn't ready". When I asked her what she wanted me to do, she looked out the window atthe line behind me, cussed and had me wait a moment. She came back 30 seconds later with my full order ready to go. Food is fresh. The restaurant is clean (tables, counters, floors). The employees are polite
