I showed up in 15 and they hadn?t even started it and were all Judi standing around... talking and no one working then told me I had to wait for them to make it which would have been another 10-15 because I couldn?twait another 15 mins. 30 minutes for a pick up order of 3 sandwiches (so much for freaky fast as they claim). The employees were rude, the floors were... sticky, I paid for drinks and didn't get them. It?s annoying enough that this is the closest location to my home and the only one that doesn?t do online ordering for pickup,... but worse that I call to order ahead and no one picks up the phone. I tried calling Today, October 25, at 2:45pm, tried multipletimes until 3:25pm. Each time it rang and rang until it hung up. Horrendous service.
