Unwich is great for low carb had turkey tom, and had the veggie add bacon! Staff is great!!!

Placed a large online order ($85.57) on 8/14/22 at 6:30pm (they are supposed to be open until 8:00pm). Then received a call... stating they couldn't fill the order because they were out of bread and unwiches (??). Was told it would take 4-7 days for myrefund. It is now 11 days later, no refund, no response to my TWO feedback entries and have called the location four times andtold the general manager has to fix this but every time I call, there is never a general manager there. It is unacceptable thatI have waited 11 days and can get no response from anyone concerning my $85 refund. Never again from this location I can assureyou of that! Read more

The girl running the register at 1:45 on 7-8 does not enjoy the job at all lol maybe just a bad day. Mens room doesn?t lock so... of course I get walked in on. Food was good and location was super convenient. Ceaser wrap was a little dry but first timetrying so don?t have a good reference. Read more

I have been ordering from Jimmy John's for many years. Had good bad and ugly experiences. However I probably had the best... service ever when I was in there with my wife and 2 boys. At the Northampton location. Management was superb this time. I amvery impressed. The woman (Daphiney) greeted us right away and the way she was very attentive to our needs made everything sovery perfect. Made eye contact and gave us everything we wanted and it was perfect! Kudos to bringing her in because you cantell she takes her job seriously and loves the customers. She is Probably the best part of your company. Even when we wereseated she asked us if we needed anything and asked if everything was good and took our wrappers when we were done. Wow youdon't ever see that kind and quality of service any more. I love the Jimmy John?s franchise. I eat at them often. This store is so poorly managed that it should be shuttered as a... franchisee. When I went there, only one person was ahead of me in line to order. It wasn?t clear initially that anyone wasworking. The gentleman in front of me gave up and left. I waited a bit longer and a young woman came out to wait on me. She wasnot friendly and seemed to be bothered to be working. I proceeded to give her my order. Without even once asking what I wouldlike on my sandwich, she just threw it all together and grumpily put it on the counter. I paid, left and knew I would neverreturn to this location. It had been years since I visited a Jimmy Johns location. This was my first time visiting the Northampton Blvd location. I... ordered the Italian club. I ate half for lunch and the other half for dinner. It was a good amount of meat. I loved the sauce onit! Looking at the menu, it must be the blend of mayo, oil, vinegar, and oregano - basil that was perfectly combined. When alittle of it dripped from the sandwich, you could tell from that and the taste, that it was a light dressing/sauce. Years ago Ihad my sandwich in lettuce instead of a sub roll. As I recall, it was good that way too. I have to say that even though I wasthe only customer (I came before lunch started), I was surprised at how fast my order was served. After I paid, I walked just afew feet to get my drink. As I was pouring it the guy called my number. I thought maybe it was a call in order instead of minebecause it was so fast.
