Placed a large online order ($85.57) on 8/14/22 at 6:30pm (they are supposed to be open until 8:00pm). Then received a call... stating they couldn't fill the order because they were out of bread and unwiches (??). Was told it would take 4-7 days for myrefund. It is now 11 days later, no refund, no response to my TWO feedback entries and have called the location four times andtold the general manager has to fix this but every time I call, there is never a general manager there. It is unacceptable thatI have waited 11 days and can get no response from anyone concerning my $85 refund. Never again from this location I can assureyou of that! Read more
The girl running the register at 1:45 on 7-8 does not enjoy the job at all lol maybe just a bad day. Mens room doesn?t lock so... of course I get walked in on. I have been ordering from Jimmy John's for many years. Had good bad and ugly experiences. However I probably had the best... service ever when I was in there with my wife and 2 boys. At the Northampton location. Management was superb this time. I amvery impressed. The woman (Daphiney) greeted us right away and the way she was very attentive to our needs made everything sovery perfect. Made eye contact and gave us everything we wanted and it was perfect! Kudos to bringing her in because you cantell she takes her job seriously and loves the customers. She is Probably the best part of your company. Even when we wereseated she asked us if we needed anything and asked if everything was good and took our wrappers when we were done. Wow youdon't ever see that kind and quality of service any more. I will be back!!! If I had cash I would have given her a big tip butunfortunately I couldn't. I hope you are taking care of this employee. Greatest Asset there!!! Thanks for the wonderfulservice!!
