Don?t believe the sign! 5 people working and took over 20 minutes. I?ve edited this review 3x as I was waiting for my order. 30... minutes into it they tell me they don?t have roast beef WTH!!!?? Had to substitute with ham and finally got my order after 35minutes!! Never going here again and will tell everyone my experience! Read more

It was ok. Pretty dead even around lunch time. Not well stocked either. There were three people working and I didn't get greeted... and stood around for a while, while one person was working on slicing and one was cleaning tables and the other was in the back.I ordered and the same person on the register made my sandwich (which was fine but there were two other people in the store - itwasn't fast by any means). She also assumed I had a card payment and so I had to leave my cash on the counter till after shemade the sandwich. It was made correctly, although there wasn't much sauce on it. Not like the Jimmy John's I'm used to inChesapeake. All in all, an ok experience. I see why it isn't very busy. Read more

Just ordered 2 giant 18 inch subs for delivery. One was the veggie. On unwrapping the VEGGIE sub it had 5 pieces of sliced... tomatoes almost non existence shredded lettuce. The cheese was a very thin layer. I can't eat cucumbers or avocado so at 13dollars for that sub was a bit of an over kill. Sorry Jimmy John's your quality of subs has really taken on the pits. I walk in this location today at 4:25pm on Sunday August 28th and the guy standing at the register said absolutely nothing to... me. Never greeted or acknowledged me????. So I waited, so that I could give him a chance to make the situation right. Nope hejust stares at me?.. I asked do you normally not greet your customers and he says to me no. I then say oh ok I?ll have to letthe owner know about this! He looks me in the eye and says to me ?I really don?t care? WOW?.. and this is who you hired torepresent your company.
