Customer service and using an appropriate tone doesn?t anymore

1st Jersey Mike's visit, really good for a cold sub. Manager is Spot on! Knew all the regulars orders and names

Skimp as hell. Everything keeps getting smaller/less while the price increases. Their $18-$20 "Giant" is the weight and size of... a regular sub. They only put 4 or 5 thin slices of tomato and when I asked for a couple more slices she literally put 2 more andlooked at me like I was robbing them. Then they point at the tip selection screen prompt ????. A tip for what?.. doing nothingextra than what you're already supposed to be doing, stand there and put a pinch of this/that, roll it up then ring it up. Ifyou want a real hoagie (an actual large for only $14) that has weight to it and makes it to your stomach and has many moreingredients options, build one at the café inside Wegmans over by Town Center. This is by far my favorite place to stop for a snackrifice. These sandwich wizards magic is beyond the mere mortals that inhabit... other "sandwich shops" since they have opened they are my number one stop for a feast to fill my belly after a furious day inbattle. Every time I visit this store I?m greeted with a warm welcome and the associates are attentive and careful with my order.
