Worse subs ever my fiance asked for extra meat got charged for it and they lied and said they put it on there.... they didn't...... my sub the meat was so dry like it sat out all day and I ended up gettin sick I spent $43 on two subs we ended up throwing awayand all they did was refund us with gift cards I won't even use... Booooo just spent a lot of $$ on very expensive subs (and left a sizeable tip as well), and mine was quite literally tasteless;... in addition to it having half the turkey as every time past, and hardly any cheese, it had zero oil and vinegar (hence,tasteless) and one tiny slice of tomato per quarter. This location has gone downhill the last 2 times I?ve ordered I?ve been disappointed. The 1st time they put on about half as... much meat as they normally do. I ordered on doordash, but they don't have a specialty request box, so I called in. Spoke to a lovely lady about my odd request... and she DELIVERED! I have placed an online order for the items that is on my receipt a chipotle cheesesteak sub regular and a mini turkey sub they... have given me two turkey mini subs and no chipotle cheesesteak I have called the store twice no answer to let them know theyhave made a mistake because I don?t feel like driving all the way back to Virginia Beach. Second time here,place was clean and staff was attentive. Ordered the Chipotle Cheesesteak with a glass of water. Bread was... lightly toasted and steak was cooked to perfection. Cheeses was gooey as it should be. I ordered a side of jalapenos for anextra kick! 3 stars. Read more
