Usually I love this location but today I don't know what's going on. My mom went and ordered 4 subs and she's been there waiting... for over 30 mins. It has never taken this long before. Not a busy day at all. I ordered in the store and they messed up my order so they had to remake it, then it when they remade it... they made the completely wrong sandwich. Didn?t find out til I was already home because it was already wrapped. Terribleexperience. Read more

If I could give no stars I would. My family n I came in at 8pm the young lady told us she only had 4 pieces of bread left (which... was fine it was a total of 3 of us). So they took our orders, cool now it's 840 n we are finally about to pay n they only have 2subs made..so we left them know we are missing a sub..so the girl goes o it's no bread we have it to the man 2 pple behindyou...how when we ordered 40 min. Before him.now are we expected to take 2 sandwiches n not feed our kid...then offered to giveus a sub that they kept opening and closing to check what it was with no gloves...no nasty ???? and the counter was dirty and noone cleaned anything..a waste of 40 minutes. I just don't understand (1) sandwich 14" for $17. 00+ tax & (1 ) drink $3 50.+tax So more than $20 just for one sandwich and 1... drink. There is nothing special about this place even the steak was frozen so it's not fresh meat . So I have no idea why theyare very expensive. also there is no service at this place so you have to replace your order and then pick it up . Which isnothing wrong with that .but when you go to the payment there is option for tip .which is I don't understand why I should paytip if I served myself. beside that, they don't leave a room for me to tip. Please do not order here if you have a gluten allergy. There IS a separate toppings station but the woman making my sandwich did... not realize I was standing there watching as my food was ordered online and she didn?t know I want already there. All toppingsexcept for bacon were already put on when she realized she needed bacon, turned around and went to the regular toppings stationthat is filled with gluten and took the bacon from there and put it on my sandwich. I didn?t say anything due to it alreadybeing past the time that the order was supposed to be ready and I was on my lunch break. I ended up driving back to work, noteating my food I ordered and just having the fruit I packed. It was a waste of my time and money having someone completelyignore an allergy and grab contaminated food to put it on my sandwich. I was not going to risk an allergic reaction. Read more
