Tried to dine it but, I went in to grab a sub, 6 people were in line trying to order while 6 employees were playing around not... really caring that the place was filling up. I stood there for 15 minutes still had not ordered. The two gentleman in front ofme and the one lady behind were frustrated as well. Employees didn?t seem to care to make subs in a timely manner. The subs arealready overpriced as it is. SO I WALKED OUT! Walked across into Dairy Queen with 4 people in front of me walked out in 5minutes with my order. Sad it is. I will never go back at least to the landstown commons location. They need a supervisor inthere that does their job. Got nothing, spent nothing really a one star is too high. Read more

Sun was so doused w sauce you couldn?t pick up it was falling apart. Took to counter guy said is everything ok. I said no this... sub is horrible it?s not even edible, he said oh ok you can throw it away over there. That was it no can I make you another tomake it right nothing basically tuff deal w it. Probably the worst experience I've ever had a any type of restaurant! First they messed up the order and put steak on the... sandwich instead of chicken...which happens so no big deal just remake it...then they tried to tell me that the sandwich hadchicken on it but their grill was really dirty so it looks like steak (keep in mind I took a bite before I returned it)?not surewhat's worse that you're telling me the steak is chicken or that you continue to make sandwiches for customers on a grill thatis that dirty?! After the girl remade the sandwiches she threw the bag at me and said "here" as she walked away...obviously itwas too much for her to make the order correct or she just needs a job where she doesn't interact with customers??? On top ofeverything else my son got sick from his sandwich a coupe hours after eating...I'm not one to write bad reviews but thisexperience gave me a reason to write my first! I went into to order two subs at 8:30pm on Thursday, April 28th 2022 and the team (2 guys and a girl)that was working was... awesome! The line was long and they got everyone taken care of in only a few minutes. They also demonstrated great teamwork andwere very friendly! I will definitely be returning! Read more

The Landstown location has the best staff around! They are all super friendly, efficient, and really work as a team. The... restaurant is clean and well-managed. Try the chicken Philly with jalapeños, it?s the best I?ve had and I used to live inPhiladelphia! The food here is always fresh and delicious, worth every penny. 1st class service! Excellent sandwich(es)! Best if all..the two young men working at the Landstown Center location in VA. Beach. 8:45 pm on a...
