On vacation with family. Ordered a patty melt and they forgot the patty. Double checked my door dash order and what I ordered... was correct! Thank you for charging the price of a patty melt for this grilled cheese. Order accuracy is clearly NOT theirstrong suit. Thank you for nothing. IHOP is a great family friendly place to go! Prices are reasonable. There are discounts for 55+ and Kids eat free from 4-7pm! We... always request Brian! He knows us and he always gives us outstanding service! We look forward to seeing his smile! Mygranddaughter and I have been frequenting IHOP for 5 years or so. The only problem I have is choosing what I want to eat! Thepancakes are the best! I love the Strawberry Cheesecake Pancakes, Chicken and Waffles, Spinach Mushroom Omelette and lunch anddinner are delicious, as well! See why it?s so hard to choose?! Read more
Thought the place was abandoned by the looks of the weeds growing up past the windows and all over parking lot. Then we were... greeted by a cash only sign. Employees said it had been that was for some time. Once inside our waitress was polite andfriendly. Food was pretty good. Kinda slow for how few tables there were. Terrible service.zero stars if possible, Placed an order online for curbside pick up waited an hour outside called them 9times... no answer. ended up going inside and on top of that I get the wrong order. I still try to call back to get a refund and still noanswer. Update : couldn?t even get a refund terrible . Read more

The place is feeling the effects of COVID. They have no servers once they get your order it takes over 45 minutes to get your... food and it?s wrong. Did not get toast with eggs. 5 minutes later burnt cold toast. Wife was still waiting on sauce with heromelet. Had to ask hostess. Ask for check waiting another 10 minutes. VERY poorly prepared (so-called) crispy chicken dish. As you can see from the photo, the chicken was cooked at too high of a... temperature that it was BOTH burned and raw inside. The broccoli was also burned. Unfortunately, this has become a commonoccurrence at this location. The rest of the order, which contained hash browns, pancakes, and bacon was preparedcorrectly.
