Best experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Our server (Shelly) was absolutely amazing. She was so energetic and sweet. Me... and my friend both agreed that everyone that worked in there was so nice and happy! The food was great as well and came out veryfast. Came here on Thursday for breakfast with my boyfriend and his sister during the ihoppy hour and our server, Jersey, was great... she was very nice. The food was hot and fresh the service was great and the restaurant was nice and clean. The time we went wasvery calm and relaxing because it was one of the low traffic times. I had the worst experience here. I went in late to Ihop with some friends to hangout and talk. My group was squeezed together... and we all places our orders. The waitress spilled a glass of water on my pants and on the table, which wasn?t that big of adeal but I was not given anything to compensate my now soaked pants. I had to ask for napkins to wipe myself off. I didn?t evenget a new water until 30 minutes later. Then after that, we were totally forgotten by our server as we had to ask several timesfor a water and straw. Our food took forever to come out. I ordered a Belgian waffle with a side of chocolate chips. Never gotthe chocolate chips and the waffle was awful and cold in the middle. I then sent it back and got a stack of buttermilk pancakesinstead. They still charged me for the waffle (which is pricier than the pancakes) instead of the pancakes. I brought this up tothe server and the manager refused to address this personally and sent her right back with an unchanged receipt. If I was notwith a group of friends I would have fought this because the waffle couldn?t even be considered food at this point. My advice,avoid this place at all costs at night. I am not happy at all with my experience, I got a cold waffle, soaked pants, empty cupof water, and 2 hour late pancakes. Awful experience. Read more
