Despite being quite busy for a Saturday morning breakfast time, the food was served rather quickly hot and rather tasty except... for one sandwich I decided to try in addition to my combo meal. The Frisco breakfast sandwich was rather lackluster in taste andrather greasy for what is basically a ham and cheese sandwich! On the other hand,the made from scratch sausage, egg and cheesebiscuit in my combo meal was very tasty ( though a tad greasy) and the hash browns you get with the combo meal are moreplentiful (and slightly better) than what you get in their main competitors breakfast menu. I ordered 2 double Thick Burgers & 1 small fry & 1 small Onion rings & , the order came to 27 $$ & it would be more cuz they... want 1 $ for a slice of Tomato & 1 $ for slice of Lettuce !!! I ordered the #2 combo meal medium. I thought it tasted great. The inside was clean, but the tables could have been wiped down... a little better as there was some dried juices from someone's meal on most if the tables. Also used the men's bathroom and thefloors were partially flooded around the urinals. This is why I did not give 4 stars. Customer service was polite and goodbrought out quickly. Read more
Food is OK. But the restaurant is nasty. Spare yourself the thought of the inside and go thru the drive thru. We always wait... forever for our food. The store smells like bathroom water and the tables are nasty as ever. Not a single spot on the floor isclean of food or crumbs. Read more
OMG, I have NEVER had such a disgusting and horrifying experience, EVER!!! Everything was fine throughout my drive through visit... @ approx 10:30am on 9/15/17. I ordered, paid for, received, and ate one of my sausage egg biscuits. I later put the othersandwich in the fridge to eat the next day. I took it out to put strawberry jam on it for the next morning and I could notbelieve what I saw!!! TWO rather large bites had been taken out of the sandwich! YES, you read it right! The sandwich had beeneaten off of, wrapped back up, and put in the bag under the other sandwich! It was later that afternoon when I discovered thisdisgusting act of sickness, but I called them anyway! Norman apologized and promised to pass my info to the store manager forthe morning shift. I will update/edit this review when I hear from the store manager. Someone needs to held accountable! Update:I reached the district manager and she was very apologetic and promised to investigate.
