Ordered a 5 piece chicken tender combo, comes with fries and drink also had to buy a biscuit. Chicken tenders started out ok, it... came with 6 pieces instead of 5, I tried the ranch(this was Ken's brand), BBQ (sweet bay rays) and honey mustard (there own)sauces. I was doing good got into my 3rd tender before I bit into a hard piece and that grossed me out. And Don got the same andafter 2 pieces of boneless tenders he bit into a bone we were done, nope can't eat anymore of the chicken. The fries they weregood and the biscuit yeah well let's say it was not good very salty and dry. Amanda and Randy got the Monster double Angusburger. The bacon on Amanda's sandwich was basically raw. Randy said he has had worse. Well by the looks of it they boil theirburgers, it looked disgusting. As for drinks they only had Coke products. I have to give 1 star and that's only because that'sthe lowest I can go. I would never eat here again. And because of this being my first experience at a Hardee's I would be veryhesitant to eat at another one. Read more
Worst ever. Food good once you can get it. There can be not 1 person in drive thru or in restaurant and it still takes forever... to get your food. Employees too busy talking to make food. Read more
I came through the drive thru, and no one answered. I waited for a good minute and still no answered, so we left. If they needed... a minute, they should have said as much, but is rude and unprofessional to have people waiting. Do better! Read more
There was a young child running around in the kitchen visible from the drive thru window. Not only unsafe for the child but also... a food preparation infringement. Also took 15 minutes and they got both burgers wrong. Read more
If you?re coming here you better bring a lawn chair with you and some magazines to read. The wait is very long regardless if... you?re going inside or going through the drive-thru. Not only that, the food isn?t very fresh. The chicken was dry and hard frombeing under the heating lamp so long. I?ve been in this location 4-6 times in the span of 5 years and it?s always been likethis. Hardee?s if your listening this what you need: -better customer service -reduce wait times -make sure food is alwaysfresh -tighten up on the crew (last time I was here the employees were arguing). Breakfast platters are amazing! Biscuits & gravy, chicken(you can choose a different meat), hash browns and eggs!! Hard to eat... it all there is so much food, but my almost 15 year old finished his and helped me finish mine. So good it's hard tostop???????? Read more
Ask for a knife for my biscuit and gravy. You can't cut thru the biscuit with just a fork. The attendant at the drive thru said... were out. I said I don't want it then. Another stepped up and grabbed a knife that was in front of the lady that said were outof them. Then the lady that grabbed the knife said over a knife. Very rude employees! Read more
