I'm pregnant and made it known first thing that I will be a bit difficult since I wasn't sure what I wanted and would ask for a... few things on the side the girl was super nice (tall blond lady) I got 2 gyros (yes for myself lol) one steak one traditionaland asked for a few things on the side she was super sweet about it and such a pleasant personality I got a side of green beansand a side of fry's (i usually would have gotten the Greek fries as the are TO DIE FOR but am currently experiencing a temporaryfeta adversion) the fries where fresh and hot and everything was so good I spent $50 on this spread but was not very phasedsense I will probably eat off of it for the rest of the day I ate half of each gyro in the store and some of each side gettingsmiles and polite faces from all the employees in passing even the cook seems like a sweet heart I am leaving full and ready togo cozy up at home and watch my Netflix as I periodically much on my splurge very happy came in nauseous and hungry on the vergeof barf and I'm so happy I feel so much better ??WILL BE BACK Read more

This place was great when it first opened but has since gone down hill. They used to carry great fresh options and now it's... really lacking. They used to give you a decent amount in the bowl and now they try to skimp you while charging too much. Today, they were out of certain items, it was the lunch rush but I've worked in restaurants and your supposed to have back ups. Theywere out of meats, the green beans, the tzaki sauce and almost out of the other vegetables. I wanted the green beans and all theyoung lady said was that it was almost out, she didn't offer to bring out anymore. The chicken was overcooked and really theywere almost out of that and I got crumbs. I know things are costly but I don't think the amount you pay is worth eating hereanymore. This wasn't my first not so great experience here, the ladies there today were far better at customer service thanothers who have been there but I think it was the last time I'll be eating there. Update: this place is never open. Tried to order at 630pm on a sat( 9/10)and they were closed. Was gonna try again today (9/13)... at 630pm and guess what they are closed. I give up. I do NOT recommend Simply Greek, Landstown. I've order from the landstownlocations multiple times. Recently the food and the service has gone way down hill. The chicken has been extremely dry. Portionssizes go up and down depending on who is behind the line. The staff is unfriendly and it seems like I'm bothering them. Therestaurant also seems to be closed a lot. Not sure what is going on?!?! Hopefully they can get it together! I love Greek foodand hope I don't have to find a new Greek restaurant!! Read more

The baklava cheesecake I ordered was covered in fuzzy blue mold. This was very disappointing.

Update to the owner?s response: this is about more than the price of the food. I don?t mind paying for good quality food. I have... a problem with paying for expensive food, that isn?t good quality, and getting bad service on top of that! This is about acashier that couldn?t be bothered to assist me (too busy in a convo with another worker) and when she did, she acted like I wasan inconvenience. Going from three stars to one. I was too generous. If I could give zero stars I would. If the food?s going tobe expensive, your staff needs to reflect that. Not the worst Mediterranean food I?ve had but certainly not the best. The priceis too high for what you get. Was in there today and helped by Samantha V. She was condescending and rude. Will not come back. Not enough bang for my buck and no good service to compensate. One bowl was $14.48. Absolutely not! Read more

Wanted authentic Greek gyros for something different while staying at the beach. This was our first time at a Simple Greek, and... we were impressed. It's similar to a Chipotle or a Cava in that you choose what you want to build for your meal. It's quitedifferent in that the food is incredibly fresh, authentic, and perfectly seasoned. Vegetarian options are plentiful, kid optionsare available, and you can go big and load up one heck of a Gyro. Tzatziki sauce was absolutely delicious, and the Greek friesbested any American fast food joint you care to name. They were crisp, hot, and tasted like potato. No wet, soggy oil spongehere! Just fries done right. The food was hot and fresh, and remained so until we got back to the house. However, the reason forthe perfect 5 star review was that the great food was served up by a sensational hostess. She walked us through all the options, and offered all kinds of choices. She was super excited about helping us out, and genuinely cared. We were absolutely stuffed atthe end of the meal. Huge portions, great value. Would definitely go back. Read more

I really like this restaurant but the prices are a little steep which I don't mind paying except for today. I paid $4.13 for... baklava. Open it up and this small triangle of baklava was in container. Will not go back for a while and definitelynot orderingto go, that's rediculous , have ordered before and it wasn't like this.
