Bread was stale, worst sandwich I ever had. I have visited all the other firehouse and never had this experience.
The female employee will be the reason I never eat here again. The gentleman who took my order was amazing.
9/07022 What happened to your previous staff? The new staff is completely lame. No Hello, dead eyed me like I was interrupting... him to order a sandwich. (I was friendly) The drink machine was broken and had red syrup all over it. (looked like a crimescene) No one moved to clean it up in the 45 min I was there. There were boxes in the waiting space. The drink / chip stationlooked messy and under supplied. Everything looked...lazy. No uniforms, no head cover, no smile. Whatever you did to loseyour previous staff. You should fix it. Probably the worst Firehouse Subs I've visited. Employees are having loud, not customer appropriate conversations and seem to... be more interested in talking than making orders. The place was filthy all around. Soda machine bottom was filled with dirtyice, screen was covered in who knows what. Tables were covered in trash, food, flies. Trash cans are all overflowing. Nopaper towels in the men's bathroom. Overall the biggest disappointment of Firehouse Subs I've been to. Read more
Husband went in last night due to this being my favorite sub place and nothing beats an Italian sub. He got home everything was... great, sub tasted amazing as always. A few hours later both him and I were extremely sick. Looks like most likely due to poorhandling of food and we got some sort of food poisoning. I have been coming to firehouse for 7 years Atleast twice a week and since I work next door. Since this has been sold a few... months ago to a new owner customer service has been horrible. Employees are rude and argumentative. Several times the staff isout back with loud music from vehicles and on more than one occasion arguing outside with each other using loud cussing andyelling. Todays visit I was told I can always go to another firehouse. After today I will share my experiences with ourcommunity and never return. Hopefully the owner can watch the tape from this afternoon and hear the level of disrespect andrudeness from his staff to customers. I have obtained the new owners contact info and will be reaching out to him as well. Horrible! Ordered thru Uber Eats and was excited. Always heard good things. I received 2 Mayonnaise sandwiches! Couldn't... tasted anything but mayo, dripping everywhere.. the bread was soggy with it. Never again. ???? Read more
Would give a zero if possible. The girl working tonight at 7:30 PM 12/1/22 is extremely rude for no reason whatsoever. We walked... up to begin our order and just stood there as she acted like we weren?t there and didn?t say a word. When I began to order shejust let rolling her eyes?.
