First off I do like Firehouse Subs, this review is about customer service, not food. Went to FS about 2:45 pm Sat Apr 9. Placed... our order for the first sub. Another customer came in after us and was having an issue at register. So, the person helping uswent to assist him, not even saying "excuse me a minute" to us. We stood there waiting while he attempted to fix an order thecustomer had placed on line. At this time there were 3 other employees there. One wandering from back room to front and backagain. Another one standing uselessly by cash register. Another one standing in the sub prep area in front of us looking lostand confused. After a few minutes we were talking loudly to each other about why there was no on helping us. No response fromanyone. After a few more minutes we announced we were leaving. No one cared. Read more
If your website says you close @9 then you should honor that not have your employee shut the door 20 minutes before and sit on... his or her phone where customers can see it very unprofessional !!!! You cant just close when you feel like it ppl need dinner &the owner is loosing $ Read more
Ordered a sandwich for lunch on March 24 2022 at 1240 pm. Ordered same sandwich I always do, except this time somebody clearly... thought it would be funny to put a gallon of mayo on the sandwich and not put any napkins in the bag. It was disgusting, I wasshoveling off all the toppings and giant globs of mayo with my hands and had to use rain water and the paper bag as napkins. Inthe picture there is even more mayo under the paper. I can?t believe somebody made this and thought it was cool, and then the nonapkins makes this seem intentional. Who is in charge here? It seems like everyone in this restaurant is stuck in first gear. I was welcomed when I came in, but there was no energy behind... it. Three people working on sandwiches and it still took over 30 minutes. There were maybe 6 customers in the store at the timeand most of them were already eating. Not my usually experience at this location, so this was more than a little disappointing. Read more
The sandwich was decent but had better at other locations. When I walking in it felt kind of like an unwelcoming atmosphere. No... welcome greeting or even a smile. I ordered online and I ordered a sandwich combo and brownie on the side. When I came to pickup they told me they were out of brownies and said if I wanted something else, I said not really and asked if I could have mymoney back and they said they could not because its an online order so I took a cookie....so overall blah interaction ???? and Ishouldn't of gotten and refund for my brownie. One of the main reasons I love Firehouse Subs is because they are major supporters of public safety and law enforcement. Working... in law enforcement myself, I always make sure to keep up my appearances at this chain. The staff is always friendly and I lovethat they make the subs right in front of you. The ingredients are always fresh and I never get sick eating here like I do withSubway. This is another restaurant that I never have any issues with in ordering. My food is always perfection and they alwaysget it right. I have three regular subs that I usually order, the main one being their beef & cheddar brisket (pictured). Ialso love their spicy meatball subs and their turkey bacon ranch. They have so many options, there?s something for everyone withany craving. Read more
