First off I do like Firehouse Subs, this review is about customer service, not food. Went to FS about 2:45 pm Sat Apr 9. Placed... our order for the first sub. Another customer came in after us and was having an issue at register. So, the person helping uswent to assist him, not even saying "excuse me a minute" to us. We stood there waiting while he attempted to fix an order thecustomer had placed on line. At this time there were 3 other employees there. One wandering from back room to front and backagain. Another one standing uselessly by cash register. Another one standing in the sub prep area in front of us looking lostand confused. After a few minutes we were talking loudly to each other about why there was no on helping us. No response fromanyone. After a few more minutes we announced we were leaving. No one cared. Read more

Ordered a sandwich for lunch on March 24 2022 at 1240 pm. Ordered same sandwich I always do, except this time somebody clearly... thought it would be funny to put a gallon of mayo on the sandwich and not put any napkins in the bag. It was disgusting, I wasshoveling off all the toppings and giant globs of mayo with my hands and had to use rain water and the paper bag as napkins. Inthe picture there is even more mayo under the paper. I can?t believe somebody made this and thought it was cool, and then the nonapkins makes this seem intentional. Who is in charge here?
