The first time I saw these cakes and read the label I thought, "No way these taste good but I'll give it a try." Oh heck was I... wrong! These cakes are amazing. Seriously good, as in better-than-regular-cake good. The fact that they are vegan and local isjust icing on the cake (pun intended). I took 10 various cake slices to a birthday party with 8 other adults and they were all blown away by the amazing tastes. Paige... personally helped me pick the slices and every single one was exceptional!! The espresso, the fudge peanut butter, thelavender...it just went on and on! Run, don't walk to get the most amazing dessert of any kind you may have ever had....andthese are all plant based (but NO ONE will believe you, so I had to read them the ingredients)!!!! Highly recommend. Every flavor I?ve had so far is fantastic. We had a lovely spread of six flavors for our kiddo?s first... birthday party! She absolutely loved the tart lavender lemon. I chose Empowered Plant Cakes because they don?t use refinedsugar, which is so hard to find! Read more
