Overall Great Customer Service, the empanadas were definitely frozen packaged, aji was spicy no flavor, Arepa con queso was a... no(they put mozzarella instead of Colombian Queso Fresco), Arroz con Pollo was missing flavor, the arroz and bean were great,and the sweet plantains were good. The bar drinks were made to perfection and los jugos frescos were too good. I can see thisplace being a latin dance club over the restaurant. The staff was courteous and friendly. The waitress knew the menu and was able to make suggestions. The food came with in... reasonable time. I love the ?ensalada de pollo? chicken salad. My son ordered ?carne asada? and the meat was soft and wellseasoned. My daughter ordered ?bistec encebollado? and enjoyed the meal. The ambience was family centered and welcoming. Este restaurante necesita trabajar en el servicio al cliente y no ser tan grosero y irrespetuoso! The food isn't bad but what's... the saying "customer service can ruin an experience" The daughter came out talking rudely about something that had nothing to dowith me. I'm never going back again. If they hadn't collected my tip I would have taken it back. My family and friends are donewith this place. Also I did not try to sell or do anything except try to help the mother of the daughter who was rudeunderstand some paperwork from a contract she had from a purchase over a YEAR ago. I literally just came in and purchased soupto go and I took time out of my day to review documents that had NOTHING to do with me in regards to purchase that took placebefore I even worked at the location they did business at. The daughter is UNGRATEFUL and RUDE and needs lessons in customerservice and how to be respectful. You can keep your 70 dollar soup and flan. Your place is over priced for nothing. Again stayaway from here they have ZERO customer service. And if you read the other reviews the same girl with an attitude problem hasother reviews regarding her so it's not me it's definitely an employee issue. Better training is required! Read more

Amazing Colombian restaurant. Great prices, good food and good service. They have DJs come in and play, and they move the tables... to make a dance floor. The chicharron is crispy and delicious, the empanadas are stuffed and seasoned perfectly and the asadawas tender and delicious. Read more
