Manager speak with me with high race voice tone. They did lots of mistake Not apologize. 1st they give me wrong amount bagel.... 2nd they not give me my burrito but one of my bagel I never asked they stuffed with something. Was really looking forward to trying them and am so disappointed!The brisket bagel looks delicious. Came here for my husband &... I's late lunch/early dinner. We like to think of ourselves as pretty decent pitmasters so we're always way to excited to trybrisket at any time, anyway,anywhere lol but I sati n traffic for 35 mins making my trip here a total of about an hour and12,mins I am actually still sitting out front of the building amoung other guest.. I got here at 4:37 pm and they are alreadyclosed with two couples sitting outside disappointed (one of which made me aware of their early closing) good thing the onlineordering didn't work who's to say if I would have been charged for a good that was never received. I understand closing earlyoccasionally life does happen, people have personal lives as well that being said, the least that could be done is to makepeople aware ahead of time as gas isn't cheap ! Post it online, sign on the door, phone message etc.. not anything of the sortswas done to be known of their early closure. Great stop here for breakfast before heading back home from our road trip. The bagelrito was pretty good. Dave said it had a... but of a kick to it so if you like a little spiciness/hotness you will enjoy. The bread was made just right. Not chewy at all.My Nova bagel was on point.
