I live very close to this store and have tried it at various times of the year, times of the day, etc. and I always receive... terrible service. Drive thru is soooo slow and even after repeating my order back to me, they still tried to hand me the wrongdrink. Try your luck at a different store, this one is a mess. They constantly have a "now hiring" sign up, so it seems like amanagement problem if they can't keep employees on staff. Read more
Went this morning to get two coffees. When I asked about a specific flavor, the man gave me attitude saying ?if it?s on our... menu, it?s what we serve, if it?s not we don?t.? Like okay, I can?t read the nasty print from the uncleared menu boards. Then Ipull up, could see the older white man with glasses who must be or assumes he?s the manager, literally putting his hands on anemployee telling him to grab more blueberry donuts. He then got an attitude with another person on the microphone before I couldeven have him scan my phone. He hands me my two iced coffees I ordered, and they were only 2/3 full. This is not my first badexperience at this dunkin and I don?t know why I didn?t just drive to the one on the blvd. This location needs to be auditedbecause the manager (or whom I assume is) is rude, the place looked absolutely filthy, and his rude comments could beinterpreted as violation of ADA when asked for assistance when reading. This is the closest Dunkin to my house and they pick and choose when they want to work. Nothing wrong with the speaker or the... drive thru and they?ll tell you drive thru is closed. 2 cars in parking lot so they?re not busy. It?s pure laziness. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS LOCATION !! I mean do not ! honestly i?m now looking into legal matters ? so i applied about 2-3 weeks ago,... got hired (08/13) , never was told a starting day or how much they would start me with. I called up there 4 times to get theinfo, still nothing & ifs almost been 2 weeks. once you submit your personal info to them, they disappear. I live close by and go to DD a few times a week although not always at this store. This is the only store that I have a problem... getting what I actually order. Today I ordered 2 x-large hot coffees with extra cream and sugar. I even said to person, 2coffees. I get to window an and there is 1 coffee (large). There always seems to be the manager or another gentleman talking tothe employee when I pull up. Maybe these ladies need to be left alone to do their job correctly and not be distracted. If themanager needs to talk to her, he needs to get a relief to cover the window. The other employee needs to leave her alone so shecan hear the customer and get the order correct. I guess my option is to quit using this location and just go to one at SouthPlaza and Princess Anne. It's a little more expensive but at least I get what I ask for. We also exclusively visit DD whenvisiting Maryland without these incidents. Not happy at all with service at Holland Road location! Read more
I visited this place sometime Tuesday morning and it was disgusting There were flies everywhere. Anyhow, I ordered a variety of... doughnuts, a cappuccino and a macchiato iced coffee. The drinks tasted bland af. For the overall check of $32 I was expectingconsistency in flavor but I was wrong. See, I usually go to the one on Virginia Beach where Customer service is on point andevery thing always taste fresh as how it supposed to be. I ordered a maple sugar bacon on English Muffin with no egg and they gave the sandwich with egg and undercooked bacon. I asked... for them to replace the bacon and they refused said they had to remake the whole sandwich or I would have to pay for my baconand I would never come here again and I definitely will not recommend this place to anyone.
