We have been here a few times and never received service!???? The young workers have bad attitudes! We don't make this a habit... but we wanted some donuts. After entering, no greeting, no assistance, no NOTHING! We don't know about the self serve, aftertrying we couldn't get it. Did anyone ask if we needed help...NO! I stood at the counter to just place an order and NO ONEturned around to take our order or even ask! They kept staring at us and walking pass!! The coffee is always good, but don't get the donuts, or the munchkins, they are always soggy and wet, like they dip the glazed... donuts in water before serving them. The chocolate glazed munchkins look like wet rabbit terds. Just gross Read more

I came in to this Dunkin' donuts around like two in the afternoon. And I come in and no one greets me I see there's a lady with... headsets on helping someone at the drive-thru and this other Caucasian lady who she Hustler lady with the headset and thenpulled out her phone and starts texting. Then I saw the manager come in and once again no one greeted me or anything oracknowledging me she comes in doesn't say anything to the young lady that's on her phone then finally I said oh can I have somehelp and the young lady with the headset on that was doing the drive-thru she came and helped me and not the girl with the phonein her hand that was standing there doing nothing. I work at the Dollar tree so I come into this particular Dunkin donuts youknow time after time but it should be no reason why I had to stand there as long as I did without being acknowledged andespecially with that young lady being on her phone like what was so important that you had to text someone while you were atwork, and it was not like they were busy there was no one in this Dunkin' donuts but me at the time. Try to make coffee at home but I'm running behind for work this Dunks is FAST, friendly, and conveniently located. Definitely... worth downloading the app as you can rack up free drinks pretty quick compared to other coffee chains in the immediate area. Read more
Was very clean, and service was fast. Better to go inside rather than through the drive-thru if you're there early in the... morning, they have a long line. Of course the lot is very small so parking is difficult. I wish you luck, it's a good DunkinDonuts! Read more
The afternoon service is getting worse. Today they put my matcha latte in an old coffee cup. It tasted like coffee and the cup... had coffee on the lid. This is 3 weeks of messing up my orders and having a not my problem attitude. Read more
I usually love Dunkin but not this one. They barely had any donuts on the shelf, the young man behind the counter had a terrible... attitude very unprofessional. He messed up my order and then gets upset at me because i said something about it and asked him tocorrect it. The young lady behind him came and actually helped me and apologized for his attitude. It just didn't look or feelupto Dunkin usual standards. Wont go to this one again ???? Read more
