This Dunkin Donuts is one of my most visited ones because it is the closest one to my home. The drinks and snacks here taste... delicious most of the time, but there have been a couple times where I was not satisfied with my order. One of the employees,Jay, have been very kind during my past couple of visits and have remade my order many times to meet my satisfaction, he alwaysgreets with a smile at the window and is always super friendly when taking my order so I am very thankful for that. What a difference from the store on 6119 Indian River road, I walked in and was greeted with a good morning and a smile! She... took my order with no pressure allowing me to think and read the menu before making a decision. I explained to Ms. Teresa Leann( I take that?s her name, got it of the order ticket) what I went through at the other store. Even though I have to loop aroundbecause of the location of the entrance, I will do so! I mentioned to her that this is now my favorite DD store??. Amazing whata good attitude does to people. This Dunkin is one of the best locations. The staff is always quick and friendly. They have taps of nitro cold brews and of... course all the amazing donuts and brews you would want. The pumpkin chai was amazing one a warm spring day. The drive-thru is alittle tricky and parking lot is tight but it?s a clean new location. Highly recommend. Read more
Absolutely horrific. While we waited more than five people came in from the drive through with burnt food. Missing order items... and drinks made incorrectly. There were flies on the donuts in the window and it took almost 20 minutes for them to get donutsfor us which came from a box in the back not the window and are wet and soggy....I don't know how donughts get messed up. It wasgood for a few months after it opened but has been a steady decline since. Read more
Usually this location is better than the others nearby but lately has gone down hill. Went this morning for a coffee and was... told to pull off to the side and wait for my drink, 10 minutes later they still hadn't come with my drink (other customers cameand went). Looped back around and asked about my drink and they had no idea what I was talking about, was ultimately refundedfor my drink. I normally get the Iced Sunrise Batch with mocha swirl, sugar, and cream. My first couple visits were good, however, my more... recent orders have tasted a bit off. I wouldn?t recommend the plain mini bagels, it may have just been a bad batch but Iwouldn?t purchase them again. Other than that great service and good muffins!! Read more
Only a good Dunkin' when they have their WALK IN mobile orders activated. Otherwise, they make you mobile order through the... drive thru. And let me tell you.....this is the WORST drive thru in Virginia Beach. This drive thru is not built for more than4 cars and the car line will often go out into Indian River road. A huge traffic risk for just coffee. This is a typical featureof Virginia Beach food establishments. So, if you can order inside...it's a great Dunkin. But the second you go out to thatDrive Thru, be prepared for a 20-minute wait and a possible rear end from someone driving on the main road the drive thru linebleeds out to. Read more
