This Location Is Horrible! Maybe try hiring respectful,competent employees! One morning I went inside with my son to buy one... donut and both females working made me wait 10 minutes while they only helped ppl in the drive thru even several cars thatarrived long after I had walked in.smh I do Not recommend this ghetto store!! This place used too be my go to. I would come to this location faithfully everyday. But lately the service has been trash. Today... I ran across an employee that was extremely rude for no reason. Her response was ?was were sold out, out!? No suggestions ofanything else I could get or nothing. Again I?m extremely disappointed because I spend a lot of money at this location for suchpoor service. But moving forward I will not be returning. Read more

The Carolanne Farms location of Dunkin Donuts is just great. Woman at the window was so helpful to me and she helped me make... sure I got to use my coupon on the last day that it was good. She made suggestions and helped me out. What a great experience. Read more
Food and service was the worst I?ve ever experienced from a fast food chain. Upon ordering the order wasn?t read back and a... sandwich wasn?t ordered so I ordered the sandwich again. The food comes and you can see from the picture the bagel was over donebut the Hot latte that received was completely cold. I try to return it when. I picked up the sandwich from the counter and wasinstructed to consult with the person that handed it to me. At no point did anyone hand me anything it was left at the counterand the item called. I don?t recommend this place unless you want to experience poor service and poor food. Read more
I stood at the register for 15 minutes and nobody came to take my order.... the girl making drinks kept glancing over at me,... just to see if I had left yet. They had no intentions of taking my order or anybody else's behind me. If you aren't going totake orders from the dining room, lock the door....
