Poor service. There is always a lot of ppl behind the counter including the manager. This is my 'Usual Store'. The Staff are great. I don't know who these other chumps are talking about, when it comes to service... being slow or 'rude'... All I have to say is, 'What's up, Doc?', and they know my Order. Always correct, Never a long wait,and ALWAYS respectful. Check your food before you leave or pull off. I have been to this location 4 times, and 3/4 times my order has been wrong. They... are also slow paced. If I?m expected to wait long for my food, then I should expect to receive the correct order. Read more
This is the worst DD in the area. If you don't tell them not to burn your stuff, they will burn it every time. Ask for a large... coffee, the charge for a large but fill it up enough for a medium. Northhampton store is way better. Read more
Stopped for an afternoon snack & latte. Staff was nice, Drink was fine, but the bacon was so flimsy & barely cooked. Had to wait... to eat them untilnI got home.. The staff is always working hard and do what it takes so you leave happy!! Very friendly even when understaffed!
