No greeting, smile looked forced. But being that they were understaffed, they were overwhelmed. So this isn't for the... employees, it's for the corporation. You have really went down hill since I was a kid. Yall used to make the doughnuts freshDAILY. I even remember the commercials. But now your doughnuts are dry and stale. And your iced coffee was disgusting, myplain black coffee at home tasted better than that. Going out for your coffee is supposed to be a nice treat, but it wasdisappointing. Read more
