There?s a line of customers at the counter inside. After several minutes of waiting without being greeted, we were rudely told... they are only accepting mobile orders or drive-thru. Makes no sense why I have to walk out, get in my car, and wait at adrive-thru when I was already inside! Horrible customer service. Read more
Poot customer service and an attitude I felt really unwelcome, maybe is expected to use the drive thru instead of walking into... the store. We?ll I just won?t got this particular store ever again. There are plenty of Dunkin? Donuts nearby. Oh but it getsbetter; they have a tip jar next to the register. My guess is a tip is expected for bad customer services? Read more
I really love the staff here and I visit everyday. However, they may be the most unreliable location ever. Sometimes their open... on time, sometimes they don?t open. Sometimes the front is open to the public, sometimes not at all. Sounds like bettermanagement may be needed????? Read more
I love Dunkin? Donuts! I go just about every morning. Dom is the best!! He?s always my go to person there! He?s so bubbly, great... attitude, hard worker! Would love to see him in management because he knows how to run that store and knows how to keep hiscustomers happy!!! Read more

This is the most inconsistent Dunkin? in the area. One day it?s AMAZING the next it?s disgusting, and today was a disgusting... day. I always order a large iced carmel swirl coffee with cream only, which has 4 pumps or each, carmel and cream. I asked tohave 3 of each instead of 4 and my coffee came out very light and i ordered the exact same thing yesterday at the exact samelocation. I can handle the creamer being wrong but when there is COFFEE GROUNDS at the bottom of my cup and that?s all that?scoming up the straw i?ve had it. Read more
