I ordered a medium iced hazelnut cappuccino with 2 pumps of liquid cane sugar. The drink came out over blended and super sweet... and I get it made the same way in Hampton all the time but whenever I?m near Northampton and stop to get it there it?s always anissue and the staff has an attitude about me asking to remake it because it was too sweet to drink and she made a smart commentabout adding or changing what I ordered when I order the same drink all the time at other locations and it comes out how it?ssuppose to. When asking for them to remake she rolled her eyes and it came out worse the 2nd time so I just threw it away atthat point. Very disappointing paid for a $5+ drink and didn?t even get to enjoy it. I filled out the survey and the best theycan do is give a free donut coupon when purchasing a drink like what !?! I didn?t even enjoy the first one I got. Legit impressed by how they managed to get all 3 items wrong lol ordered 2 chocolate sprinkle donuts and got 2 plain chocolate.... Ordered a cake batter coffee and got butter pecan. Ordered an everything bagel and got a plain. Each item they handed me had toget handed right back... Read more
Highly NOT recommended. Every swallow of my drink was straight sugar. If you like sugary drinks with a side of coffee by all... means come here! ???? had this experience 3 times. Also my plain bagel mini?s tasted like they were cooked with barbecue ribslol what the heck. Ordered my chai latte at 8:55am, tasted it on my way to work and instantly choked by the amount of sugar Iingested. Called and the manager said I can come back for another one, I stated I was almost to work which is about 25 mins fromthe store, told them I would come back that afternoon and get a new drink.. he wanted to know right THEN what other drink did Iwant.. umm how am I supposed to know lol, so I said I?ll take a refund instead. He stated ?she needs to come back by 11 then?. Idon?t get off work until 4pm, definitely not doable, and told them I?ll be there that afternoon. I come to get a refund, and nomanger is there. Told me I have to come back TOMORROW morning for my refund. The manager only works until 11am, God forbid thestaff may need a task done that needs to be done by a manger. VERY INCONVENIENT AND EXTREMELY INCONSIDERATE. Read more
