Fantastic crew, highly dedicated, efficient & cheerful. Food & hot tea were delicious.
I ordered a medium iced hazelnut cappuccino with 2 pumps of liquid cane sugar. The drink came out over blended and super sweet... and I get it made the same way in Hampton all the time but whenever I?m near Northampton and stop to get it there it?s always anissue and the staff has an attitude about me asking to remake it because it was too sweet to drink and she made a smart commentabout adding or changing what I ordered when I order the same drink all the time at other locations and it comes out how it?ssuppose to. When asking for them to remake she rolled her eyes and it came out worse the 2nd time so I just threw it away atthat point. Very disappointing paid for a $5+ drink and didn?t even get to enjoy it. I filled out the survey and the best theycan do is give a free donut coupon when purchasing a drink like what !?! I didn?t even enjoy the first one I got.
