This is my least favorite Dunkin in the area and I will not go back. The drinks are never full. The pumps of flavor are never... consistent and either can?t taste the flavor or it?s sickly sweet when I?m ordering the same drink at other Dunkin?s and nothaving an issue. The staff seem nice, but I just want good coffee. Read more
There is no reason to sit in drive thru..ready to order over 10 minutes after waiting..15 minutes or longer in the damn... line...thank the Lord my coffee is good. Read more
The young staff could not have been anymore rude, unpleasant, and disinterested in providing customer service. Not one of the... three bothered to acknowledge us as we stood for greater than 5 minutes before WE finally got their attention. We would havebeen satisfied if they would at least have acknowledged our presence and said something like "Hello, we will be right with you",but they didn't. We did not notice any adults (Managers) in the store. We walked out because the one young lady didn't want tobe bothered to help us...even if only answering a question about bags of ground beans. Dunkin' is dunkin, but we did a mobile order and had significant trouble. They forgot 5 munchkins, straws, and gave us two... pumpkin donuts instead of one pumpkin and one blueberry. This isn't the first time they've messed up our mobile order, either. Iknow we're a big order, but I expect to get what I pay for. Read more
There?s a lot of staff non work-related chit-chatting before our order was taken. Staff needs to work on professionalism: No... matter how bad a customer acts (this incident, in particular, at the drive-through) take it outside and vent, instead, you wantto start cursing where dining customers can hear. Drive through operator heard my order wrong so I walked in and asked for it to be corrected after I received my items (I offered... to pay) she just kept yelling that it's not what I ordered (idk what she was trying to accomplish by repeating it over and overagain... i was ready to pay for the stuff she missed). I'd understand if she didn't hear what I asked for, but she didn'tverbally confirm my order when I was at the drive through so I wouldn't have known that she heard it wrong. It was obnoxious andunnecessary. Adding one extra star for the rest of the team because she's the only person at this location who's given us trashattitude. Read more
