Worst Dunkin I?ve ever been to. Low selection, botched orders. Got avocado toast that wasn?t toasted. Only 2 types of munchkins... first thing in the morning and they don?t even look cooked. Got ride of the vanilla crème doughnut, one of the best Dunkin has.Not sure who manages it but some awful decisions. Read more
Service was amazing. Very friendly staff. Greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. Donuts were fresh and delicious. French... vanilla macchiato was excellent. Definitely will see us again. Read more
Horrible and disappointing experience to say the least! I come inside to order because the drive-thru is severely backed up and... waited approximately 5 minutes before anyone came to assist me. What was upsetting was several employees past me while I stoodthere at the counter with no greeting and/or saying something as simple as someone will be right with you. I was shocked and aloss for words. But the icing on the cake was when I ask for a bag the employee just handed it to me vs. placing my order in thebag for me. As a person that trains individuals to provide outstanding customer service this was at its worst. I will be sure topass this along.....shaking my head. Read more
Probably will never come back here. I?m pregnant so I was really looking forward to this breakfast and this is what I was given... along with another sandwich for my daughter where the bacon didn?t even look cooked. Very disappointed because they saw thisbefore they put this in the bag and still decided to serve this to a customer. Read more
Fine experience with nice helpful staff. So many different assortments to choose from I was like a kid in a candy store.
Been there a few times and never satisfied- Took one sip of my latte and about got sick. Opened it up and it?s GREEN! Obviously... out of date ingredients, good thing I didn?t drink more or would have been violently sick. Read more
This location was great when it opened. Now, not so much. The last few times I?ve gone, the staff seems stressed and... overwhelmed, the coffee has been just ?okay?, and the tea, absolutely atrocious. Case manager n point, I was super thirsty aweek ago at around 2:30 pm and stopped for an iced tea. They handed me a cup of what looked like water (see photo). Real tea isdark brown not blonde! When I asked if they gave me green tea instead of black, they insisted my order was right. I tasted itand it was watered down so much, I couldn?t taste the tea. I didn?t want to be rude to the servers so I paid and left. Sad tosay, I don?t recommend going here not until corporate gets its act together. Read more
It's only 6:00 pm, no donuts on display, no list of donuts available, now we know why the name changed to Duncan!!!! This is... sad!! Don't say you can't find help!! It's out there. Just train the help you have. Read more
