Food and drink tasted fine. Ordered through DoorDash and my large frozen coffee that I paid for..wasn?t even full when I got it.
What a joke! Placed a mobile order (hash browns & an iced macchiato)... pulled up 10min later to a locked door & 3people in the... line.... ever time I tried to speak to the person, it was "give me a minute".... when i was able to speak to her, I told herabout the mobile order & it was "I'm working on it".... finally get to the window, only for her to tell me she is(personally)not doing food.. they HAVE food.. SHE just isn't doing it because she's the only 1... WHICH IS UNDERSTOOD.... BUTPUT UP A FREAKING SIGN! Or whe. You say 'give me a minute' also say NO FOOD.... She gave me cash back & wasted my time, whichwas made worse by the fact that I was in an uber.... Not having help in this time is understandable, but trapping people in adrive thru for 10+ minutes is unacceptable.... DO BETTER Read more
Today was the worst experience I had at my local dunkin. Not entirely the employees fault. There is obviously NO PROPER TRAINING... for new employees. I shouldn?t have to tell a employee how to make a drink? There was two people there which is understandablebut on top of that we just had to wait for 30 minutes in 90 degree whether with a baby in the car. This lady did not tell me shedidn?t have what I ordered until AFTER thirty minutes. And she had to make my drink twice and IT TASTES LIKE STRAIGHT CREAMERAND CARAMEL. It was a latte I get it every time. When I brought my drink back she obviously took that drink and added randomstuff to it. And on top of that she said she didn?t charge us and I have no idea what that means cause she obviously DID. Beforewe could process what the hell she was talking about she was inside. This is my usual dunkin and they do great! I can usually count in this one to get my order right and fast. Everything is good?... except the maple pepper snackin? bacon. ???? I?ve tried ordering it several times and every time it?s either plain bacon (liketoday) or what looks like bacon bits lol. And it has never had maple or pepper on it. Feels like a unsafe and bad location. You can?t go inside the store after 3PM, because of safety reason for the staff. Service... is not very friendly. Donuts are delicious. Read more
I never leave reviews but this was a really bad experience. I went in and had to use the bathroom before ordering because we... were driving for a while. I?m in the bathroom dealing with girl problems and an employee starts banging on the door and comesin. She didn?t even apologize for unlocking the door and coming in even though I said someone was in there. I proceed to comeout and sit because there was a huge line and it was my first time ever in a Dunkin so I wanted to take a look at the menufirst. That same employee yells at me on a very rude tone asking if I?m going to order I said yes I will. I don?t even have timeto get up that she asks again rudely and everyone is just staring at me and my bf. We decided to leave because I didn?t feelcomfortable ordering when I?m being yelled at by an employee. Anyways over all very bad experience idk if she just had a bad daybut whatever. Read more
I understand mornings here get hectic but my thing is if i pay for something i should get what i paid for. I paid for a bagel... with extra cream cheese. I got a bagel with just enough for one side of the bagel. Asked the manager and they said that isextra. I went here to get a free coffee since it was advertising free coffee with purchase. I bought a large hot coffee. It was... really bad also got a egg and cheese wrap. What a joke of a sandwich. Also a bagel with veggie cream cheese. Barely any on it. The bagel size is very small almost a mini bagel. Then paid $8.89. Really no free coffee. This place has really gone down hill. Don't waste your money here. Go th 7-11. Read more
