This place is run by incompetent people who do not know how to take, process and fulfill an order. Went there today and asked... for 5 egg and cheese on croissants. They were out of ever single type of bread except english muffin so opted for that. Camehome and found out 4/5 sandwiches had bacon. My iced coffee didn?t have the Splenda in it either. Went back and the incompetentcrew was adamant that I was wrong and had placed the order wrong. No apologies were given either. Will surely avoid this place.A lot of other breakfast places around with better service quality. Read more
The staff (deep sigh) seemed to be a bunch of high school kids that don?t know the first thing about making a iced macchiato or... latte. Unfortunately during our vacation this was the only DD in the area. We?re avid coffee drinkers, every day that we willwent we had to send our drinks back to be redone?trust me I kept my eyes on them. Maybe if there was an adult manager on-sitethey could?ve guided them in making better drinks. Waste of money and time. Watery drinks that tasted more like chocolate milkthan any type of caffeinated coffee beverage. Drink spilled down the sides of the cup routinely and no ice for iced beverages.Sad Read more
Twice my boyfriend and I have gone to this Dunkin location when vacationing at the oceanfront, each time the lobby has been... closed. The first time we placed a mobile order, and staying at a hotel a block a way we walked. Only to arrive to a lockeddoor, that a man mopping would not open yet stared right at us. I then called and the phone rang and rang, we walked around tothe drive thru and had to knock on the window. The girl opened it and we told her we placed a mobile order, I also stated how Icalled and no one was answering, i literally had my phone still on the line calling and could hear no ringing inside like theysilenced the ringer. She stated they were busy and couldn't answer. We were the ONLY two customers. Our second trip a monthlater and they no longer accept mobile orders. So again we walked to place our order inside, only to get there and read a noteon the door stating lobby is only open until 9:30 am, and drive thru only available to those driving or on a bike. Who wants todrive a block, when they can walk from the boardwalk? Needless to say we will never go there again and they are losing A LOT ofbusiness by closing their lobby with so much foot traffic at the ocean front. We took our money elsewhere to Duck Donuts, whowere AMAZING. Wouldnt even rate this one star if i didnt have to in order to post. Read more
The service here is amazing. Yuko took the time and consideration to learn our names (Lex & Elizabeth) because we go almost... every morning. We work at a resort at the oceanfront. We really do appreciate her service. Not many will take the time to learnyour name AND our order by heart. Read more
Backwoods, not with modern times, still making people order over the app only and for whatever ignorant reason you can't just... walk in and order a drink. And had to show my receipt because im a criminal and might steal drink for gods sake.. Starbucks isway better. Read more
My husband ran in to get some doughnuts for the kids and a bagel with cream cheese for me. When he came back to the car, the... bagel had no cream cheese (though it did come with a plastic knife). When he went back in to get some cream cheese for me tospread, the woman argued that there WAS CC on it. He asked if he needed to go back to the car to get the bagel to show her, andshe rolled her eyes at him. Location is good, and there is a parking lot and a drive-through. Read more
Super friendly staff and very clean Dunkin Donuts. The coffee was hot and fresh and prepared as ordered. Our donuts were super... fresh and soft. Store is easy to get in and out of. Read more
